What to Expect

The Calm & Clarity Sound Session is a peaceful, guided experience designed to help you relax your body, quiet your mind, and reconnect spiritually.

• You’ll enter a calm, safe environment created for rest and stillness
• Soft, soothing sound tones will be used to help your body relax and your mind slow down
• You’ll be guided through intentional breathing and gentle release techniques
• I will speak faith-based encouragement and affirmations to help shift your mindset
• Prayer will be incorporated to invite peace, clarity, and restoration
• Light, appropriate touch may be used (such as hands on shoulders or upper back) to support relaxation (non-clinical, non-massage)
• There will be moments of quiet stillness for you to simply rest and receive
