RELEASE RESET RESTORE HEALING SESSION

This is a faith-centered session where I guide you through letting go of stress, tension, and emotional heaviness. Through prayer, gentle guidance, and a peaceful environment, we invite God in to bring clarity, peace, and restoration.

• Carry stress or tension in their body
• Desire peace, clarity, and spiritual grounding
• Are open to prayer and a faith-centered environment
• Are ready to release what they’ve been holding onto

What to Expect

During your session, you will be guided through a peaceful and intentional experience designed to help you release, reset, and restore.

• We begin with a brief conversation to understand what you’re carrying (stress, emotions, mental overload, etc.)
• The environment is calm, quiet, and safe, created to help your body and mind relax
• You will be guided through intentional breathing and release techniques
• I will gently incorporate faith-based encouragement and prayer
• Light, appropriate touch may be used (such as hands placed on shoulders or upper back) to support relaxation (non-clinical, non-massage)
• The session focuses on helping you let go of tension and reconnect with peace
